PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively suppress the deterioration of fuel economy and the lowering of efficiency without stopping the drive of auxiliary machines at the deceleration of a vehicle, related to the hybrid vehicle.SOLUTION: A hybrid vehicle 1 equipped with an engine 10 and an electric motor 13 comprises: a capacity variable supercharger 24 including a variable vane 24c; deceleration determination means 41, 61 for determining whether or not the vehicle is in deceleration from the traveling state of the vehicle 1; demand load determination means 42, 43, 62 and 63 for determining whether or not a demand load is within a prescribed low-load range in which the use of the electric motor 13 becomes higher in efficiency than the use of the engine 10 as a drive source; and a control means 40. When it is determined that the vehicle is in deceleration and the demand load is within the prescribed low-load range, the control means 40 stops the fuel injection of the engine 10, controls an opening of the variable vane 24c to a prescribed opening at which engine friction is reduced, and drives the electric motor 13 as the traveling drive source. |
