PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor for an electric motor that facilitates the work of putting a magnet part in a rotor core, an electric motor having the rotor, and a washing machine having the electric motor.SOLUTION: In the rotor for an electric motor having the magnet part for generating torque by an excitation action with a stator, and the rotor core comprising a laminate of electromagnetic steel sheets, the magnet part is molded in a ring, an axially extending magnet side engagement portion is formed on an inner circumferential surface thereof, an axially extending core side engagement portion is formed on an outer circumferential surface of the rotor core, and the magnet side engagement portion and the core side engagement portion stop a slip between the magnet part and the rotor core. Such a rotor is applied to the electric motor used in the washing machine or the like. |
