PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means for solving the problems that a parking lot provided with chargers for an electric vehicle or the like has to secure charge capacity in proportion to the number of charging stands, that an investment in a contract for charge capacity and facilities has to be made by taking into consideration the maximum utilization even though the whole charging stands are simultaneously used not so many times, and also that a vehicle desiring new charging has to give up when the whole charging stands are used.SOLUTION: The number of vehicle rooms that can provide charging is more than the number of circuits that can simultaneously provide charging, and an electromagnetic switch of each charging stand can be controlled such that charging can be performed in another vehicle room even though a gasoline-powered vehicle enters into a portion of the vehicle rooms and even though a charging circuit has already been used. |
