PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a cellulose solution, which can dissolve cellulose by a simpler method, a method for producing a cellulose precipitate, which can recover the cellulose from the cellulose solution and a method for saccharifying cellulose using the cellulose precipitate.SOLUTION: A method for producing a cellulose solution includes: obtaining a first treatment material by contacting a cellulose inclusion with a bleaching liquid containing a bleaching agent other than ozone; obtaining a second treatment material by contacting the first treatment material with an ozone solution or an ozone gas; and dissolving at least cellulose among the cellulose inclusion with an alkaline aqueous solution by contacting the second treatment material with the alkaline aqueous solution.
