NON-PNEUMATIC TIRE AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-pneumatic tire having a cord therein prepared by an injection molding method.SOLUTION: A non-pneumatic tire includes an inner core in which a reinforcing member is embedded and an outer surface layer part covering at least a portion of the inner core. The non-pneumatic tire is characterized in that a notch part formed as a trace of a support used for supporting the reinforcing member in the inner core is at least brought into contact with a portion of the reinforcing member, intermittently exists in a tire circumferential direction, and is covered by the outer surface layer part. The non-pneumatic tire is prepared by a manufacturing method including the steps of: preparing the inner core by injection molding by injecting a tire material while the reinforcing member extending in the tire circumferential direction is locked in a first mold inside by the support extending from a first mold inner surface to the first mold inside; and preparing the outer surface layer part by injection molding by injecting a tire material while the inner core is fixedly disposed in a second mold inside.
