PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a resin cured product characterized by high temperature conductivity and a temperature resistant property at a high environmental temperature (120°C or higher); and a laminate using the same.SOLUTION: An epoxy resin cured product is characterized by having at least two detachable diffraction peaks in a range in which 2&thetas; is from 18 degree to 23 degree in an X-ray diffraction using a Cu-K α ray for an X-ray source.
