PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide wire in which a tube is prevented from separating from a core material by increasing adhesion between the core material and the tube, and which can exhibit excellent operability.SOLUTION: A guide wire 1 has a core material 2, a tube 3 covering an outer surface of the core material 2, and a resin layer 4 interposed between the core material 2 and the tube 3 and formed to fill minute projections and recessions on the outer surface of the core material 2. Also, adhesion between the resin layer 4 and the core material 2 is larger than adhesion between the tube 3 and the core material 2. The resin layer 4 contains silica as an inorganic filling agent. |
