The door- or window arrangement has a window frame (1) and a casement (2) that is pivotally received in the window frame, where a motor-driven locking device (3) is provided with a locking motor having a movable section, which is arranged in the window frame or casement and a locking mechanism that is arranged in another frame. A coupling unit is provided for transmitting the movement of the locking motor on the locking mechanism, and is arranged between the movable section of the locking motor and the locking mechanism. The coupling unit is optionally be engagable or disengagable.
