The pendulum feeder pump (P) has a rotor set consisting of a rotationally mounted inner rotor (2) which stands in connection with an outer rotor (5) by a pendulum (9). The outer rotor is mounted in a pivoted control feeder (4) arranged in a housing. The pendulum is formed as a double pendulum and has an inner bracket (10) and an outer bracket (11). An outer pendulum head (12) and an inner pendulum head (13) are provided at the outer bracket. The outer bracket is formed between the pendulum heads in the form of a flat plate.
