The folder (3) has a plastic clamp (2) for clamping a USB data carrier (1) in the folder such that the data carrier is rotatable in a circle. The folder is fixed in a filing cabinet, and the data carrier is inserted into slots formed in a cable connector, which is mounted on a shelf of the filing cabinet. The data carrier is connected with a commercial USB contact strip that is connected with a personal computer or a notebook and a multifunction peripheral, which is arranged on the filing cabinet.
