Disclosed are a trunking service transmitting method and device, used to achieve trunking transmission in a broadcasting manner and improve the transmission performance of the trunking transmission while eliminating same frequency interference. The trunking service transmitting method of the present application comprises: an evolved NodeB (eNB) notifies a user equipment (UE) of the pre-allocated resource information of a trunking multicast control channel (T-MCCH); the eNB transmits the T-MCCH on the pre-allocated resource of the T-MCCH, the pre-allocated resource of the T-MCCH being a periodic resource.
