<p>An intake control valve (7) that opens/closes one end of a second port (6) of an intake manifold (1) comprises a seal lip (23) that is pressed against the inner peripheral surface of the second port (6) when the valve is closed. When the internal combustion engine is stopped, the intake control valve (7) opens to a predetermined stop opening degree at which the seal lip (23) does not contact the inner peripheral surface of the second port (6). Thus, it is possible to inhibit the plastic deformation of the seal lip (23) of the intake control valve (7) when the internal combustion engine is stopped.</p> |
