Provided are a message sending, obtaining and processing method, and a relevant device and system, so as to solve the problem of low intelligence in information sharing between vehicles in the prior art. The method of the present invention comprises: a first onboard terminal device determining required information, according to the required information, generating a request message which is used for requesting to obtain the required information, and broadcasting the request message through a Wi-Fi wireless network; a second onboard terminal device obtaining the request information from the first onboard terminal device, generating a response message carrying the required information, and broadcasting the response message through the Wi-Fi wireless network; and the first onboard terminal device obtaining the response message which is broadcast by the second onboard terminal device, and extracting from the response message the required information which the first onboard terminal device requested.
