A shutter block, the shutter block including two regular spaced shutter walls (1, 2) each shutter wall has a continuous ridge on its top (5) and a continuous recess (4) at the bottom. Insert Fig (9) are molded in during production. The central bridge connector is used to connect the shutter walls: the central bridge has recesses (8) to support reinforcing rods. One or more dividers fig (8) can be used to close off any open ends of the shutter block or can be used to create sections within the block. The placement of one or more individual shutter blocks together will from large shutter walls, joined by one or more connector bridges adapted to hold reinforcing rods relative to the top and bottom of a connector bridge.
