PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin film transfer sheet carrying effective components efficiently, very easy in pasting to skin, hardly conspicuous on pasting, and no sense of discomfort; a production method thereof; and a transferring method thereof.SOLUTION: A thin film transfer sheet is provided with a substrate, a thin film layer, a dissolvable support layer and a permeable substrate, where the dissolvable support layer includes any of (a) a chemical drug, (b) a cosmetic, (c) pigment and (d) a metal ion. It is preferable that the permeable substrate is a fibrous, mesh or porous structure, and the dissolvable support layer comprises a water-soluble or alcohol-soluble polymer. |
