PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To urgently stop power supply from a vehicle by a user's operation.SOLUTION: A V2H stand 400 outputs electric power inputted into an input part 402 from an output part 404. The V2H stand 400 includes: a relay 406 for electrically connecting the input part 402 and the output part 404; a C1 capacitor 411 and a C2 capacitor 412 which are connected to a power line for connecting the relay 406 and the output part 404 with each other; an emergency stop switch 420 for electrically disconnecting the C1 capacitor 411 and the C2 capacitor 412 from the power line when operated by a user; a transistor 430 for allowing the relay 406 to be closed while electric power is supplied from the C1 capacitor 411; and a communication device 440 which is operated by the electric power supplied from C2 capacitor 412 and transmits an electric discharge stop request signal to a vehicle when the emergency stop switch 420 is operated by the user. The C1 capacitor 411 holds electric charge longer than the time until an electric discharge stop signal is transmitted. |
