PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide medium flow concrete which can be produced while controlling the blending ratio of a hydraulic binder such as cement to a level equal to that of ordinary concrete, and which can suppress drying shrinkage.SOLUTION: Medium flow concrete is produced by mixing 300-330 L/mof paste obtained by mixing water and a hydraulic binder, 280-360 L/mof coarse aggregate, a high performance AE water reducing agent containing a thickener, and a shrinkage reducing agent which reduces drying shrinkage of the paste.
