摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring apparatus and a measuring method capable of evaluating resisting pressure inside an object accurately in a short time while being controlled.SOLUTION: A measuring method includes the followings. A fluid is gradually supplied while being controlled by using a manual hydraulic pump 1. As a certain flow amount of the fluid is supplied, pressure at a measuring point 8 inside a test body 7 increases with the time elapsed. Here, the test body 7 as a cement-based hardened body contains a large amount of fine air gaps (air bubbles), and increase in pressure therein indicates that the fluid is sealed inside the air gaps. When the fluid is further supplied, the pressure drops at a certain point despite the continuous fluid supply. This is because the air gaps break and join with the neighboring ones. Accordingly, it is evaluated that a proof stress for the inner pressure is lower than the maximum pressure at this time.
