PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric window control device having improved anti-theft performance, a related control method, a program, and a medium.SOLUTION: An electric window control device 1 includes: signal detection means 2a that detects an ignition signal of a vehicle; open/close control means 3 for controlling opening/closing of an electric window of the vehicle; and permission means 2b that permits the open/close control means 3 to perform opening operation when the ignition signal is ON and the window is unlocked.
