PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing system capable of securely performing document management processing with scanning.SOLUTION: A system includes: a first system 1A including a MFP 100A and a PC 400A; and a second system 1B including a MFP 100B. Image data obtained by scanning a manuscript by the MFP 100A is stored as a document file, the performance of a scan operation is indicated to the MFP 100B by the PC 400A, and a stored document file is transmitted to the MFP 100B. The MFP 100B defines image data to be obtained from a document file transmitted from the PC 400A as image data obtained by performing a scan operation in accordance with an indication for a scan operation, and transmits the image data to a server 300 included in the second system 1B previously regulated as a transmission destination of image data obtained by a scan operation. |
