PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic bottle that can increase resistance to a normal load.SOLUTION: A plastic bottle 10 includes a spout 11, a body portion 20, and a bottom portion 30. The body portion 20 has a substantially cylindrical shape. A plurality of recessed sections 25 extending in the horizontal direction are formed into a plurality of rows 25A and 25B over a substantially entire vertical range of the body portion 20. A circumferential section 26 is formed between the recessed sections 25 of each of the rows 25A and 25B. Sections of respective rows 25A and 25B opposing a center 25a of the recessed section 25 are the circumferential section 26. The recessed section 25 of the first row 25A and the recessed section 25 of the adjacent row 25B are arranged to be jigzag to each other in a circumferential direction. |
