PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilating hole device, capable of attaining, in a wall attachment construction of the ventilating hole device, sure water-tightness and higher durability of a connecting part among a wall body, a base plate and a ventilation pipe by sure pressure-contact sealing of a watertight material.SOLUTION: A ventilating hole device includes: a hood 2, a base plate 3 attached to an outer wall, and a ventilation pipe 4 within a through-hole H of the outer wall. The device further includes a cylindrical inscribed ring 5 which can be internally fixed to the through-hole H, the inscribed ring 5 being composed of a variable diameter ring member with a bore packing 9 by an elastic seal material being provided on the outer circumference thereof. The base plate 3 is attached to the front end of the inscribed ring 5 through a base plate connecting packing 8. A flange 4a larger in diameter than a ventilation opening 3a of the base plate is integrally formed at the front end of the ventilation pipe 4, and a pipe connecting part is provided between the flange 4a and the base plate 3 to integrally connect both through a ventilation pipe connecting packing 7a by a seal material which elastically contacts therewith over the whole circumference. |
