PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide dice for cold welding, by which sufficiently stable cold welding can be performed even if an outer diameter of a wire rod varies.SOLUTION: A dice 1 for cold welding includes two pair dice 1A and 1B configuring coil-chucking parts 2 in which a wire rod 11 is grasped with a pair of dice pieces (1a, 1b) and (1c, 1d). In the dice 1 for cold welding, both of the pair dice 1A and 1B are butted to join the wire rod 11 grasped in the coil-chucking parts 2. Assuming that a direction where the coil-chucking parts 2 grasp the wire rod 11 is a transverse direction, and a direction orthogonal to the transverse direction is a longitudinal direction, the cross-section of the coil-chucking part 2 is in a shape where a dimension of the longitudinal direction is longer than that of the transverse direction, and the cross-section of the coil-chucking part 2 is larger than that of the wire rod 11. |
