PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor-driven blower generating low noise.SOLUTION: This motor-driven blower includes a shaft 3 having a commutator (not illustrated), a rotor core 12 in which a plurality of superimposed electromagnetic steel sheets each of which is a disk-like thin sheet and has an opening hole 10 with a diameter almost equal to the shaft diameter in the center portion thereof is attached to the shaft 3, a rotor (not illustrated) formed by connecting the commutator with the rotor core 12 in a coil shape by a wire, and a bracket (not illustrated) for holding a stator (not illustrated) positioned on the periphery of the rotor and rotatably holding the rotor. The shaft 3 is integrally formed with the rotor core 12 by an injection-moldable alloy, the hole diameters of the opening holes 10 are each made indefinite, coax of the shaft 3 and the rotor core 12 are securely kept by integral molding, and displacement of the rotor core 12 from the shaft 3 can be prevented because the hole diameters of the opening holes are indefinite. |
