摘要 Generatively producing porous metal component having a stress-withstanding structure, comprises (a) providing metal particles (11), and orderly supplying the individual metal particle respectively to a predetermined depositing location (12), (b) depositing at least one first metal particle at a first depositing location, and (c) successively depositing further metal particles at further depositing locations, in which at least one of joining partners of metal particles to be deposited, and already deposited metal particles are at least partially melted, and cohesively bonded. Generatively producing porous metal component having a stress-withstanding structure, comprises (a) providing metal particles, and orderly supplying the individual metal particle respectively to a predetermined depositing location, (b) depositing at least one first metal particle at a first depositing location, and (c) successively depositing further metal particles at further depositing locations, in which at least one of joining partners of metal particles to be deposited, and already deposited metal particles at the respective depositing location, are at least partially melted during deposition of each further metal particle at the respective depositing location, and the joining partners of the metal particles to be deposited and already deposited metal particles are cohesively bonded at the respective depositing location. Independent claims are also included for: (1) the metal component with an arbitrary geometry, produced by the above method, comprising a bionic porous structure; (2) a production plant for carrying out the above method, comprising a molding base, a triaxial main moveable unit, a secondary movable unit synchronized with the main moveable unit, a welding power supply arranged on the main moveable unit, a metal particles supplying device (5), which is arranged on the main moveable unit and above the secondary moveable unit, and a controller for controlling the main moveable unit, secondary moveable unit, metal particles supplying device and the welding power supply, where the metallic particles suppliable from the metal particles supplying device is deposited at a predeterminable depositing location using the main moveable unit and the secondary moveable unit above the molding base; and (3) the metal particles supplying device for the above production plant, comprising a forming device for forming a metal wire (10) to obtain the metal particles, and at least one pair of rollers as a feed device for the metal wire or the metal particles, where the forming device is provided by profiled lateral surfaces (52) of the rollers.
