The invention relates to the field of the pharmaceutical industry and medicine, and can be used in the production and use of solid dosage forms having neuroprotector, antiamnesic, antioxidant, antihypoxic and antiischaemic activity. The problem addressed by the present invention is that of producing a solid dosage form having neuroprotector, antiamnesic, antioxidant, antihypoxic and antiischaemic activity by using 2-ethyl-6-methyl-3-hydroxypyridine succinate, mineral substances, 13C carbon isotopes and 15N nitrogen isotopes. The technical results of the invention consist in increasing the rate at which the therapeutic effect is achieved, increasing the therapeutic effect without increasing the concentration of the 2-ethyl-6-methyl-3-hydroxypyridine succinate preparation, and increasing the stability over the shelf life.
