The method involves detecting data regarding energy consumption, duration of power reference of charging device and start and end period of energy supply of charging device (2). The time point for starting power reduction of charger is calculated. The data regarding calculated time for starting power generating unit (1) is transmitted to charging device. The power output of power generating unit is synchronized in power supply network (3) based on calculated time point for starting reference energy and transmitted energy requirements and duration of transmitted reference. An independent claim is included for a device for synchronizing charging device of energy store with power generating unit.
