The internal electrical conductor consists of at least two interconnected portions (4.1,4.2) which are more swingable relative to each other into a direction over at least one fixed axis. The interconnected portions are hinged together. The articulated connection is a ball-and-socket joint (4.3), a hinged joint or a universal joint. The interconnected portions are connected over a mechanically flexible trained connector.
