The integrated analog to digital-converter (10') has a measuring voltage input (14) for applying an analog measuring voltage (UM) to be digitalized, where the measuring voltage input is connected with an inverted input (122) of an integrator (12) over a measuring resistor. Two reference voltage inputs (18,20) are provided for applying the reference voltages (U-ref1,U-ref2).
