<p>Provided is an adhesive composition comprising: a polyisobutylene resin (A) having a weight average molecular weight of 20,000-800,000; a hydrogenated petroleum resin (B) of which the softening point is 90-135° C; an olefin polymer (C) having 0.3 double bonds or more per molecule; and a silane compound (D) having 2 or 3 hydrosilyl groups. The olefin polymer (C) comprises a polyisobutylene resin (C1) having a polymerizable double bond at the terminal thereof and/or a copolymer (C2) comprising a structural unit derived from ethylene, propylene, and a norbornene compound having a specific structure. The content of the olefin polymer (C) in the adhesive composition is 10 parts or more by mass to 100 parts by mass of the (A) component, and said adhesive composition yields an adhesive layer for an adhesive sheet that minimizes outgas generation amount, has a low water vapor transmission rate, and exhibits excellent adhesive power, holding power, and transparency.</p> |
