摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To separate a substance with a small X-ray absorptance with high accuracy in a tomographic image which is obtained by X-ray CT (Computerized Tomography) photographing. SOLUTION: Pixel values are shift-converted so that the pixel values corresponding to air becomes zero in two kinds of tomographic images g80 (x, y) and g140 (x, y) which are different in X-ray tube voltage in photographing (step S107), the ratio r'(x, y) of the converted pixel values of the corresponding pixels between the two kinds of tomographic images is obtained (step S108). Consequently, the ratio of the pixel values in the substance with the small X-ray absorptance is separated from the ratio of pixel values in another substance.
