PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate separation from a cutter 16 while stabilizing the shape of a rubber sample 21. SOLUTION: Since a suction pad 36 which can suck and hold the rubber sample 21 is housed in the housing hole 17 of the cutter 16 in such a way as to protrude and be retracted and a spring 46 for biasing the suction pad 36 to the tip side and protruding it from a cutting blade 18 is provided, the suction pad 36 sucks a rubber sheet 12 and restricts its displacements when the rubber sample 21 is cut out to stabilize the shape of the rubber sample 21. Since the suction pad 36 protrudes to the tip side more than the cutting blade 18 by the spring 46 with the rubber sample 21 sucked and held when the rubber sample 21 is cut out, the rubber sample 21 is easily and reliably separated from the cutter 16.
