Knee bandage comprising a) a bandage base element (2) with a central kneecap region (20) allocated to the kneecap, a thigh region (21) adjoining the kneecap region (20) and allocated to a partial region of the thigh, and a lower leg region (22) adjoining the kneecap region (20) and allocated to a partial region of the lower leg, b) at least one massage pelotte (5), which is fixed in a massage region (23) to the bandage base element (2) and has massage elements (50) oriented inwards towards the leg when the knee bandage is on, c) wherein the massage region (23) with the at least one massage pelotte (5) is disposed in the thigh region (21) and is allocated to a trigger point or trigger region of the musculus vastus lateralis or wherein the massage pelotte (5) effects massage of a trigger point or trigger region of the musculus vastus lateralis when the knee bandage is put on, in particular when the knee is moved.
