<p>A continuous casting device for casting continuous casting blanks with molten metal comprises a crystallizer and a continuous casting blank guiding device arranged at the rear portion along the conveying direction of continuous casting blanks, wherein the continuous casting blank guiding device comprises a plurality of supports, continuous casting blank guide rollers for guiding casting of continuous casting blanks and a cutting machine for cutting continuous casting blanks. In the continuous casting device, cutting chips generated when the cutting machine cuts continuous casting blanks are far away from components arranged rear portion, especially the continuous casting blank guiding device. The task is realized through a continuous casting device. A chip turning device which turns the directions of cutting chips is arranged behind the cutting machine along the conveying direction of continuous casting blanks. The chip turning device reciprocates between a released position and a turning position through a manipulation device. In the released position, the chip turning device is not pressed on the continuous casting blanks. And in the turning position, the chip turning device is pressed on the continuous casting blanks.</p> |
