PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sash having an improved heat insulating property by eliminating a gap between a heat insulating material and a frame body while using the frame body of an ordinary shape, in an outside heat insulating structure. SOLUTION: The frame body 1 has a projecting fitting fin 13 on the outer peripheral face thereof and over the four sides. On the interior side of the fitting fin 13 arranged on each side of the frame body 1, a plurality of small pieces of outer peripheral fitting members 20 are longitudinally arranged, and a long heat-insulating member 25 held by the outer peripheral fitting members 20 and extending along each side of the frame body 1 is arranged. Each of the outer peripheral fitting members 20 is provided with a holding part 21 holding the long heat-insulating member 25, and a fixing part 22 abutting on and fixed to an exterior surface of a sill 3, a lintel 4, or a vertical column 5.
