PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light guide sheet used for various kinds of electronic apparatuses and a movable contact body using the light guide sheet, capable of superior illumination with a simple constitution. SOLUTION: Since light leakage from unnecessary positions, or unevenness in brightness among a plurality of light-emitting parts 12 or in the light-emitting parts 12 or the like can be prevented by forming dark dot-shaped light absorption parts 13B at predetermined positions on which recessed-protruded light-emitting parts 12 to reflect light of light-emitting elements 10, and adjusting reflection of the light of the light-emitting elements 10 introduced into the substrate 1 by these light absorption parts 13B, the light guide sheet 14 capable of superior illumination with the simple constitution, and the movable contact body 17 using the light guide sheet can be obtained.
