PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inputting device capable of using a light load switch by canceling looseness of a rotating body and improving functionality by making the switch to work in a double step. SOLUTION: The inputting device is composed of a printed circuit board 32 having a peripheral stationary contact and a rotary encoder contact, a peripheral moving contact 52a, a first switch 34 positioned on the peripheral moving contact 52a, a housing 35 mounted on the printed circuit board 32 and having a bearing part 35b connected with a mounting stationary part 35a with an arm part 35c in-between, a rotating body 36 with an axial part 36b axially supported by the bearing part 35b and with a peripheral wall part 36 positioned on the first switch 34, and a contact member 38 having a slider 38 contact-sliding with the rotary encoder contact. The first switch 34 can be operated by a lighter load than the second switch composed of the peripheral stationary contact and the peripheral moving contact 52a, and the rotating body 36 can be operated in an inclined action together with the bearing part 35b by elastic deformation of the arm part 35c and the first and the second switches are pushing-operated one by one.
