PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content distribution network and a network distribution control server for the same, to efficiently distribute content by effectively using a wireless resource. SOLUTION: A scheduling part 36 schedules the time zone for distributing content to a content receiving terminal 1 when there is no content distribution terminal 2 that responds to a distribution request from the content receiving terminal 1. The scheduling part 36 identifies whether distribution of the same content in the same wireless area as the content receiving terminal 1 is scheduled to another content receiving terminal based on position information of the content receiving terminal 1, and schedules the time zone for distribution to the content receiving terminal 1 when it is scheduled.
