<p>The invention relates to a linear control unit (1) for a switching device of a motor vehicle transmission, having a stator (2), which consists of a ferromagnetic material and carries a plurality of magnetic coils (5A, 5B) located one after the other in the longitudinal direction and each of which form a magnetic field when an electric current is led through, and a ferromagnetic armature (3), which is arranged concentrically in the stator (2) and is guided such that it can be displaced in the longitudinal direction and, under the action of a magnetic field, executes a translational movement in the direction of the magnetic coil (5A; 5B) producing said magnetic field. Each of the armature (3) at the ends in the longitudinal direction, in each case has at least one tapered portion (7A, 7B) which is defined in the manner of steps and which is operatively connected to at least one ledge (8A, 8B) that is provided on the stator (2) and oriented radiantly inward, in such a way that, depending on an axial relative position of the armature (3) in relation to the stator (2) and a relative overlap, associated therewith, of the at least one tapered portion (7A; 7B) with the at least one ledge (8A; 8B), a rise in a control force (FST) can be varied.</p> |
