<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a semiconductor element to be retained in a stable position. <P>SOLUTION: A retainer comprises: a first surface coming in contact with a lateral face of a semiconductor element; a second surface coming in contact with a ridge line of an opposite surface opposite to the lateral face of the semiconductor element; and a suction part suctioning the semiconductor element so as to keep a state where the lateral face comes in contact with the first surface and the ridge line comes in contact with the second surface. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
