The chisel (10) has a fixing sleeve (20) held in an area of a chisel shank (11). A supporting element (30) comprises a guiding area and a recess (32) that is provided at a radial outer lying circumferential area. The supporting element has a deflection section in an area of a bottom side that is turned away from a chisel head (13). A centering section (12) is arranged in a passage area of the chisel head in the chisel shank. The fixing sleeve has retaining elements (21) that are engaged in a circular groove (15) of the chisel shank for formation of rotary bearing.
