Provided is an information record-ing medium having a first servo layer, a second servo layer and information recording layers. In the information recording medium, a first spiral track and a second spiral track are formed in different directions in the first servo layer and the second servo layer, respectively. Consequently, a so-called guide layer type information recording medium having the opposite track paths is provided.
