The bearing has a bush (13) rotatably mounting and receiving a pin (12). A compressible brake element (15) is rotational fixedly connected with the pin. The pin and the bush include two positions relative to each other. The braking element is released in one of the position, and compressingly lies against the bush for producing frictional force in the other position. The pin includes an opening at a periphery for receiving the braking element. The opening extends into the pin along a middle axis (17) of the pin. An independent claim is also included for a folding table comprising a table plate.
