<p>There is provided a monitoring device comprising a rigid plastics baseboard 6 with sides 5 which include cells or slots 3 into which are fitted notice portions 2; the baseboard includes a plurality of spaced apart indications 4. The notice portion comprises a holder (8, fig 6) for a photograph and a writeable area 11 and a tab 10 for pushing in and pulling out the notice from the slot. A marker   ( ledger) 3 is moveable in a slot 9 in the baseboard. Typically the baseboard is arranged vertically and the device helps monitor height of a user.</p> |
