<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image outputting device that carries out processing for preventing smooth motion of moving bodies from being lost in moving images. <P>SOLUTION: The image outputting device includes: a buffer for temporarily storing each field of the moving image and display time of each field; an output timing adjustment section for comparing display time of the oldest field stored in the buffer with system time; a field number counter section for increasing the value of a field number counter by 1 when the system time becomes not less than the display time of the oldest field; an image output determination section for determining whether the value of the field number counter becomes a multiple of a prescribed odd number of not less than 3; and a buffer read section for outputting a field corresponding to the oldest field display time at that time to a display processing section when the value of the field number counter becomes a prescribed odd number of not less than 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
