<p>A composition comprising collodion and an active ingredient selected from the group consisting of a dermatologically effective steroid and silicone gel for topical application to skin is disclosed. The composition preferably contains both steroid and silicone gel and optionally vitamin E. The composition is useful for treating hypertrophic scars and/or adverse skin conditions, including eczema, psoriasis, atopic dermatitis and other immunological disorders.</p> |
