The embodiment relates to an attachment apparatus for a rag of a cleaner and a manufacturing method thereof. An attachment apparatus for a rag of a cleaner according to one aspect comprises: an attachment portion to which the rag is attached; a support member supporting the attachment portion; and a cover member covering a portion of the attachment portion. A manufacturing method of an attachment apparatus for a rag of a cleaner according to another aspect comprises the steps of: attaching an attachment portion to a support member; inserting the support member to which the attachment portion is attached into the inside of a mold to fix it; injecting molded resin into the inside of the mold so that the resin is filled around the support member; and solidifying the resin filled in the inside of the mold in the injecting step to form a cover member.
