During toilet training of male children it is desirable to mimic an adult male's clothing for accessing the wearer's penis. Accordingly, the invention provides a nappy 10 comprising at least a front panel 20, the front panel including a resealable aperture 70 therethrough. The aperture may be watertight when sealed. The aperture may be formed in the panel or it may extend to the waistband. An aperture cover may be provided by flap 80 which releasably seals to the front panel using adhesive 90, Velcro(RTM) or the like. The flap may alternatively be tucked into a second panel (see figure 6). Alternatively, the opening may be formed at an edge 292 (see figure 4) of a second panel 220a which overlaps the front panel 220. |
