<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for manufacturing an interior part for vehicle by which the terminal treatment of a skin in the edge part of the interior part for vehicle, can be used even in a narrow space, and can prevent the deformation of a resin core material. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus for manufacturing the interior part for vehicle formed by sticking the skin on the surface of the resin core material having an opening opened in the center part includes: a cradle 2 where the resin core material on which the skin is stuck is placed; a press tool 8 for pressing the resin core material and temporarily fixing the resin core material to the cradle; a hot air nozzle 5 for heating the terminal of the resin core material along the edge part of the opening and softening; and an enveloping tool 15 for enveloping the terminal of the resin core material heated and softened by the hot air nozzle and the terminal of the skin and fixing by folding to the back surface side of the resin core material. The press tool 8 includes: a pressing part 8 for pressing the resin core material to meet the shape of the resin core material; and a support part 11 for supporting the press part freely rotatable. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
