The window (1) or door has a sealing strip (8) mounted on an outer frame (2) or a leaf frame (3). The sealing strip is moved between a release position which allows a movement of the leaf frame and a locking position which counteracts the movement of the leaf frame. The sealing strip engages into a sealing strip receiving area (9) of the leaf frame or of the outer frame. Latches (10, 11) interact with the sealing strip in one retaining position of the leaf frame in order to counteract the movement of the leaf frame out of a retaining position in one direction.
